Day 4: I can Never Sit Still

To be in motion is to be alive. Dance in any form is an extension of our mind, body, and spirit. When we become immobile our bodies start to shut down, get sore, and ache. There was a study done in a senior citizens home where they found that having their tenants walk for at least 10 minutes a day added 10 years to their lives. Of course there should be moments of stillness but there must certainly be moments of activity to balance it out. And I say, dancing naked is my balance. Check out my latest posts for day 4:
