Day 13: What the Funk?

  Yesterday started off great but I found myself in a bit of a funk by the end of it. How does one get out of funks? First off I think you have to ride it out and contemplate what is causing it. I’ll be honest when I did my one minute smiling exercise I did feel better. It actually works! Feeling blue is normal and okay. Sometimes you’ll have longer stints of it but if you’re reaching toward a positive look on your life or hope for a better situation you’ll get there eventually, day by day.
